Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive sales, and maintain store standards to maximize profitability.

You will champion a positive shopping experience, build loyal customer relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while meeting productivity targets and scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented.
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Is available to work a on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Job Summary

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards.
