Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Sales Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience and mentor a high-performing store team. You will drive operational efficiency and deliver personalized service that nurtures lasting customer relationships.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will champion fashion passion, manage flexible scheduling, and participate in a bonus plan while supporting the store's growth and community presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year as a team lead, preferably in retail.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Social media, mobile, and computer skills are a plus.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment


• 2 years of retail experience is an asset


• Has passion for fashion


• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities


• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships


• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service


• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset


• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
