Job summary

Dynamite in Ottawa is seeking a Sales Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience and drive a high-performing team. You will coach staff, tailor service to each customer, and steer store operations to meet sales goals and maintain brand standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you bring a passion for fashion, strong problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal skills. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead in retail preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with relationship-building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media skills, mobile devices literacy and computer literacy are assets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
