Job summary

Dynamite is seeking a Sales Team Lead in Ottawa to promote a positive shopping experience and lead a high-performing team. You will drive sales through personalized service, build lasting relationships with customers, and ensure operational efficiency across the store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll supervise daily activities, mentor associates, and help maximize results while delivering outstanding fashion-forward service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced store environment.
• Social media, mobile devices and computer skills are a plus.

Job Summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
