Groupe Dynamite in Edmonton is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager by leading the sales floor team, optimizing the customer experience, and driving sales results. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure an engaging shopping environment to attract and retain customers.

You will collaborate with departments, contribute to digital traffic initiatives, and uphold the brand's fashion-forward standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment
• Passion for fashion and exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and urgency in adapting to changing business needs
• Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager by providing leadership that optimizes sales results, with specific ownership of the customer experience on the sales floor. Through effective floor management, you will ensure the promotion of a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and increase traffic through digital platforms. You are an integral part of the success of your store!
