Dynamite, part of Groupe Dynamite Inc., is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional shopping experiences across our fashion-focused stores. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while driving sales and operational efficiency to meet and exceed profitability targets.

You will promote a customer-centric culture, manage schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure brand standards and retail excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing, or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Promotes participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices.
• Flexible, innovative, and able to react quickly to changing business needs.
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social media skills and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Job summary:Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience

• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
