Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Associate supports the team to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization, managing inventory, processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, fulfilling eCommerce orders, handling markdowns, and merchandising. Your role is crucial to the store's success, helping optimize inventory management, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 6 months of experience in stockroom or inventory management, preferably in retail
• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Organized with attention to detail
• Customer-first mindset
• Proactive team player
• Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are assets
