Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Operations Associate is to support the team in maximizing sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization, managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, eCommerce order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising. Your role is vital to providing an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.

You will contribute to the daily operations of the store, optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • At least 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in retail
  • Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive team player
  • Knowledge of social media, mobile devices, and computer skills is an asset
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary Range
