Your tasks as the CRM Dynamics Solution Architect:

1. Develop the definition of the strategic technology roadmap by aligning technology with the portfolio's strategic needs.
2. Contribute to analyzing industry technology trends that could benefit the portfolio.
3. Build strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders within the portfolio.
4. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand how current systems support portfolio business functions.
5. Identify transformation opportunities and incremental improvements to enhance the position of systems supporting portfolio functions.
6. Present cross-domain and cross-system strategic and tactical solution design options and recommendations to decision-makers.
7. Mediate cross-system design decisions, including functional placement and integration that span system boundaries.
8. Capture current and transition-state architectures for the portfolio through views and models.
9. Facilitate the cross-functional evaluation of technology products under consideration for the portfolio.
10. Manage the definition of technology standards applicable to the portfolio's technologies.
11. Manage the lifecycle definitions for technologies within the portfolio.
12. Mentor and guide technologists in intra-system design decisions.

The required qualifications of the CRM Dynamics Solutions Architect:

1. Fully bilingual French/English
2. Strong understanding of system integration practices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
3. Experience in a dynamic, fast-growing, mid-sized enterprise environment.
4. Proven experience creating and managing architectural models and views for a technology portfolio.
5. Expertise in analyzing technology trends and their impact on business solutions.
6. Previous coding/programming experience within enterprise-level initiatives is an asset.
7. Strong facilitation, leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
8. Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal) and experience managing multi-system projects.
9. Ability to influence, negotiate, and make strategic architectural decisions.
10. Professional rigor and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
11. Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
12. Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate is an asset.
