Who You Are

You are an expert in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly with Dynamics 365 (CRM / ERP), Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and broader business applications. You have a strategic mind, thrive in complex technical environments, and have a passion for helping businesses unlock efficiency and growth through smart technology solutions.

You are someone who :

• Has deep experience architecting and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance, Operations, Sales, and / or Customer Service.
• Understands business process optimization and how to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Can develop and manage end-to-end projects across the Power Platform, including automation and custom app creation.
• Enjoys collaborating cross-functionally with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive innovation.

What You\'ll Do

The team is looking for a remote Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solutions Architect to lead solution design, implementation, and support of enterprise-grade Microsoft business platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Dynamics 365 (ERP / CRM) solutions tailored to client needs.
• Design and develop apps, dashboards, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements and system configurations.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Service) using best practices.
• Integrate Dynamics with third-party tools and internal systems using Power Platform connectors or custom APIs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants or team members on Microsoft business applications.
• Stay current with Microsoft product updates and roadmaps and identify opportunities for innovation within client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE or F&O).
• 3+ years working with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-level business solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP / CRM best practices, data modeling, and integration techniques.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and / or Power Platform are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in or supporting managed service environments is an asset.
