Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service and the Power Platform.

The role focuses on platform engineering, security, resiliency, scalability, observability, and data integrations with on-prem systems as needed. You will guide solution design, review code, build common tooling, and automate DevOps at scale across squads.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture and design practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, the Central Power Engineering team, Networking, and Exchange/email teams to maintain a stable and sustainable platform.
• Define solution architecture and design.
• Build Dynamics functionality iteratively, with full unit and integration testing for each function.
• Integrate external systems data using Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and data migration capabilities.
• Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics.
• Support release deployments and provide post-production support.
