Job summary

BDO Digital is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant to join our growing practice with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. You will own responsibilities across client ERP implementations, act as a trusted advisor, mentor other consultants, and deliver in-depth finance process expertise.

You will analyze business needs, optimize ROI with D365 F&O, and train client staff to perform day-to-day activities. A strong finance and ERP background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and strong expertise in finance modules.
• Full cycle ERP implementation experience and comprehensive understanding of ERP applications.
• Knowledge of other functional areas such as Trade & Logistics, Sales, or Talent/Human Resources is preferred.
• Dynamics 365 F&O/AX certifications will be considered in our selection process.
• Experience with ISVs; SKG is advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge in finance (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, currency management).
• Knowledge of Budgeting, Project Budgeting and Project Accounting.
• Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience.
• Experience in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with financial concepts.
• Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams during ERP implementations.
• Lead consultant on larger projects and mentor other consultants.
• Analyze customer needs and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas.
• Streamline customer processes to improve ROI within Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
• Provide training to client staff for day-to-day ERP activities.
