We focus on contributing to PwC's value proposition of "strategy led and technology enabled" by aligning our Consulting Solutions' industry focus with technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI.

Role: Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant

You may be involved from pre-sales to post-production support, engaging with business users to understand processes, develop process-to-product mappings, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics F&O. Responsibilities include supporting solution architecture, configuration, data migration, interface and functional design documentation, and troubleshooting. Depending on project size, you may lead a team or work independently.

Meaningful Work

As a Senior Associate, Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant, you'll work with a team to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:

1. Organizing and managing workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
2. Analyzing finance processes and ensuring alignment with Microsoft Dynamics functionalities.
3. Documenting business requirements and expected outcomes.
4. Managing project coordination and ensuring successful project delivery within budget.
5. Ensuring project standards for functionality and documentation are met.
6. Collaborating with project managers to manage resources.
7. Performing additional duties as assigned.
8. Promoting an inclusive work environment that values diversity and equality.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations modules, including General Ledger, Cash & Bank, and others listed.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, with MB-310 preferred.
• At least two full lifecycle D365 ERP/CRM implementations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to document requirements and designs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach.
• Interest in learning new technologies and implementing them.

Compensation

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $82,300 - $137,000, plus potential bonuses. Actual salary depends on skills, experience, and location. We may hire in other regions with different ranges.
