Job description

A career in our Microsoft Dynamics team offers the opportunity to help clients transform their technology landscape across Front, Back, and Mid-Office functions using Microsoft Dynamics. We focus on delivering value through a strategy-led and technology-enabled approach by aligning industry focus with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI.

Role: Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant

You will be involved from pre-sales to post-production support, engaging with business users to understand processes, building process-to-product mappings, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics F&O. Responsibilities include supporting solution design, configuration, data migration, interface and functional design documentation, and troubleshooting complex issues. Depending on the project size, you may lead a team or work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
  • Analyze client finance processes and ensure solutions align with Microsoft Dynamics functionalities.
  • Document business requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Manage project coordination to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Ensure technical standards for functionality, operability, and documentation are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers on resource management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Promote an inclusive and diverse work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations modules, including General Ledger, Cash & Bank, Accounts Payable, and others.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications; MB-310 preferred.
  • At least 2 full lifecycle D365 ERP/CRM implementations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proactive learner with a keen interest in new technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $103,000 - $171,800, with potential for bonuses. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.
