Job summary

Jewish Federation of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC seeks a CRM & Power Platform Administrator to manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will configure security, automate data processes, build reports, and enable staff with training and SOPs.

Responsibilities include administering the CRM, maintaining data quality, and coordinating with the JFNA collective while ensuring CRA compliance and donor data integrity.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on CRM administration experience, including 2–3 years with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong Microsoft Power Platform skills: Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 security model and identity management (Entra ID/M365).
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with data privacy and regulatory considerations for charitable organizations (e.g., CASL, PIPA).

Responsibilities

• Administer the Dynamics 365 / Power Platform landscape day-to-day, including security, forms, views, and lifecycle management.
• Configure platform components to align with organizational processes and governed builds.
• Design and maintain Power BI reports and data models for fundraising and donor analytics.
• Build Power Automate flows and Power Apps to streamline data entry and integrity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other teams; document SOPs and provide staff training.
• Ensure data quality, privacy compliance, and alignment with CRA requirements.
