Job summary

Long View is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect to join our Data & Dynamics team. Based in Canada, you’ll work across Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton or Calgary, delivering expert solution design for Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft cloud technologies.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and Leadership to translate client requirements into proven, scalable solutions, leveraging Dataverse, Power Platform and SDK tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation experience
• 3+ years’ experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE Field Service/Microsoft CRM
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform
• Experience using Azure DevOps for documenting business processes
• Experience with XRM Toolbox for administration
• Knowledge in Dynamics 365 CE Field Service and CRM business processes
• Dynamics 365 Certifications such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
• Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant
• Dynamics 365 for Customer Services Functional Consultant
• Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant
• Power Platform Fundamentals
• Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities

• Support Long View’s Business Applications and Data Modernization portfolio with assessments and solution design
• Map design to client requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with delivery teams to develop proposals with scope and implementation plans
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education
• Develop estimates and proposals outlining professional services required to meet client needs
