Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect for a hybrid role with relocation to Malta. The candidate will lead end-to-end CRM deployments, design solutions, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementation experience.
• Strong Power Platform experience including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering solutions for large customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE modules for clients.
• Coordinate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality consultancy and configuration work per SLA.
• Provide technical design and solution architecture guidance.
• Support pre-sales activities with demos and proofs of concept.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery best practices.
