Job summary

CSP is seeking energetic, kid-friendly Youth Soccer Coaches to join our GTA program. We work with children aged 2–14, starting with toddlers and progressing to youth with scrimmages and skill development. Flexible evenings and weekend hours apply, with a focus on fun, safety, and learning.

Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, and great communicators who enjoy working with families and teammates, and who are physically fit to coach for 2+ hours per session.

Qualifications

• Availability Tue 5-7pm, Wed 5-7pm, and Sun 9am-12pm.
• Passionate about working with young children.
• Weekday evenings and/or weekends availability.
• Reliable and professional.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing with kids, parents, and staff.
• Playful, fun, and imaginative with children.
• Excellent communication with children and parents.
• Physically fit to coach for 2+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Coach soccer skills and games for ages 2–14.
• Engage children and provide feedback to parents.
• Ensure a fun, safe, and positive session experience.
