Responsibilities

• Unloads trailers, processes merchandise, and moves pallets to the sales floor
• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes
• Selects fresh, high-quality products and acknowledges damaged or unsuitable items and completes all required documentation and labels
• Packs totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and helps resolve issues as needed
• Follows food hygiene and safety standards, keeps workspace clean and safe, and completes safety checks
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
