Job summary

Walmart Canada in Fort Saskatchewan, AB, is seeking a Stock Unloader Associate to unload trailers, process merchandise, and move pallets to the sales floor, while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

This role supports a positive customer experience with efficient restocking and helpful service. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with lifting up to 50 lbs and a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Unloading Merchandise
• Prepares and resets the Receiving Area and unloads general merchandise trailers
• Handle and Move Merchandise Safely
• Maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulls pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing
• Stocking and Customer Support
• Assists with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provides customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience
• Overstock Organization
• Labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment
• Follows Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service

• Physical Demands
• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards
