Job summary

Walmart Canada in Richmond Hill is seeking a Stock Unloader Associate to unload trailers, process merchandise, and move pallets to the sales floor, maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You will support a positive customer experience and help keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

Starting wage is CAD 17.75 per hour, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic team.

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Unloading Merchandise – Prepares and resets the Receiving Area and unloads general merchandise trailers, including completing live unloading of remaining merchandise.
• Handle and Move Merchandise Safely – Maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulls pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Stocking and Customer Support – Assists with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provides customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience.
• Overstock Organization – Labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment – Follows Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) – Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.
