Job summary

Rogers Sports & Media in Toronto is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to support a dynamic media sales team across television, radio and digital platforms, helping drive advertising revenue and client success.

You will input and maintain sales orders, assist with research and proposals, track revenues and budgets, liaise with Insights and Commercial teams, and contribute to a winning culture where growth and collaboration are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Sales Cycle—deep understanding of the sales process from start to finish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional demeanor.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to a team of sales professionals to assist in the retention and growth of advertising revenue across multiple media platforms including television, radio and digital.
• Input and maintain sales booking orders across various systems.
• Assist in the internal management of the sales cycle through the building of research, sales presentations and proposals, revenue reporting, postings, optimizations, pre-emptions, billings and collections.
• Liaise with other departments including Insights and Research, Sales Promotions, Commercial Production, Revenue Management, Commercial Traffic, and Accounting
• Assist sales team members with inputting and maintenance of all accounts and opportunities through a customer relationship management system.
• Track sales revenue and budgets for all platforms RSM represents
• Create tools for management to maximize sales
• Office administrative duties assisting Sales and Management
