Job summary

You will conduct daily store patrols, assist with investigations of shrink, support emergency procedures, and communicate findings clearly to leadership. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, with a starting hourly wage of CAD 17.75.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Security Guard License required.

Responsibilities

• Store Security and Loss Prevention: patrols and verifies security features are functioning.
• Investigations and Case Support: investigates shrink and communicates findings to leadership.
• Emergency Response and Store Support: assists with evacuations and emergency procedures.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions: carries out external apprehensions when required.
• Communication and Reporting: gathers information and presents findings to stakeholders.
• Flexibility: available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Demands: able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
