Responsibilities

• Store Security and Loss Prevention: conduct daily patrols to ensure a safe environment and verify doors and security features.
• Investigations and Case Support: investigate shrink incidents and escalate to Market Loss Prevention Manager as required.
• Emergency Response and Store Support: assist with evacuation and emergency procedures and support store operations.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions: perform external apprehensions when required within policy and law.
• Communication and Reporting: gather and clearly communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
