Job summary

Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada is seeking a Line Cook to support Ripley’s Café with food preparation and line setup under the supervision of the Manager of Food Services.

The role requires working at a busy attraction open every day, with flexible shifts before, during, or after operating hours. Candidates must have a Food Handler’s Certificate and be able to lift and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Adaptable individual able to multitask.
• Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy items.
• Standing for long periods is required.
• Must possess Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Experience working with various food products.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing food inventory by monitoring proper food temperatures, rotating and storing food properly.
• Prepare and cook meals for our Guests.
• Putting away dry and produce deliveries.
• Ensure kitchen areas are constantly clean.
• Follow and comply with all provincial regulations.
