Tim Hortons Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced Tim Hortons restaurant in Ontario. You will motivate Team Members to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.

You will train and coach staff, recruit new talent, and support daily operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met while managing costs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in quick-service supervision.
• Experience recruiting, training and coaching Team Members.
• Knowledge of fast-paced restaurant operations and cost controls.
• Ability to manage labour costs and scheduling effectively.
• Customer service oriented with leadership by example.

Responsibilities

• Manage labour costs through scheduling and floor management.
• Control food and paper costs using order guides.
• Ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Resolve guest issues and work with team to minimize problems.
• Participate in recruitment and training of Team Members.
• Monitor inventories and conduct performance reviews.
