Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a courier for a floating capacity to operate company vehicles and ensure efficient delivery and pickup across a minimum of 15 routes. The role includes mentoring hourly staff through best practices and promoting additional revenue where possible.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
• Complete and maintain DG certification and yearly recurrency training.
• Gaining and maintaining FedEx DG Specialist certification.
• Understanding FedEx products, services, and operations.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• In Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required.
• Excellent communication, customer relations, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages across multiple routes.
• Provide coverage for open routes and mentor hourly employees with best practices.
• Promote continued sales and generate incremental revenue where possible.
• Maintain safety and compliance, including training and accreditation requirements.
