Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to coordinate shipments and receipts in our ERP system. You will work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate picking, packing, and inventory control, including RF gun and WMS usage in cold environments.

Responsibilities include receiving, packing, counting, and shipping goods, with an emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and adherence to GMP guidelines. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Teamwork, self-motivated, problem-solving mindset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Forklift/MHE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, picks, and ships frozen and dry goods.
• Must be able to pick accurately and consistently.
• Manually stacking product onto pallets, wrapping, and preparing product for shipment.
• Develop knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control processes.
• Read labels and/or printing on product containers and documents.
• Counts and verifies quantity of product for shipments.
• Work in temperature controlled environments from frozen to ambient.
• Break down product boxes and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain a clean work environment and follow health codes.
• Operate forklift (reach), order picker, and pallet jack as needed.
