You will report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service standards, achieving store objectives, managing in‑store sales and web orders, and collaborating on operational excellence.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain exceptional product and industry trend knowledge.
• Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity to foster positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Compensation
