A well-established contracting company is seeking drywall installers to join their team. The position requires cutting, installing, and finishing drywall, with a focus on quality and precision. Successful candidates will have a secondary school graduation certificate and some hands-on experience in drywall work. This is an on-site position with no remote work options available.

• Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience needed.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
• Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife
• Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets
• Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
• Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
• Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound
