Scope :

The DFO Operator manages process equipment and performs quality checks to ensure product and equipment performance. Equipment includes resist dry film coating machines, artwork viewing, and UV exposure machines. Operators will handle hazardous waste and must undergo WHMIS chemical handling training.

Shift : Midnight

Schedule : To be determined

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Operate dry film laminator, including start-up, maintenance, and quality checks
  • Operate artwork viewing machine, including start-up and quality verification
  • Operate UV exposure machine, including start-up and quality checks
  • Read and interpret shop orders to verify completion and quality
  • Record job information accurately in the production system
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Complete departmental documentation
  • Meet throughput and production goals
  • Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and waste
