Air Liquide is looking for a dedicated trainer to guide ALC and Carrier drivers on safety and delivery procedures within their chemical manufacturing operations. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The main objective and purpose of this position consists of training ALC and Carrier drivers on the correct procedures to ensure a safe and efficient delivery of our products. The incumbent also communicates the applicable transportation laws and regulations and promotes ALC safety and quality objectives.
1 . Ensures development and provides training to the team in the delivery of cryogenic products.
2 . Audits customer locations : Visits the customer locations to analyze delivery problems and proposes solutions. Tracks customer tank repairs and communicates areas of concern to the customer and customer Installations team.
3 . Ensures and promotes Quality Standards : Performs audits to ensure Quality procedures are being followed. Trains team on distribution procedures.
4 . Ensures and promotes Safety : Performs audits to ensure safety procedures are being followed. Road safety being of the highest priority
5 . Improves process : Works with his / her team and other multi-functional teams to continuously improve the work process. Analyzes driver activities, identifies the causes of problems, and proposes corrective measures.

Experience Requirement
5 years of experience as a tractor-trailer truck driver and experience in a distribution center
