Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduire des véhicules de l'entreprise à travers le Québec et ses environs.
• Charger et décharger des stocks en toute sécurité.
• Vérifier toutes les commandes à la livraison.
• Maintenir les équipements et les camions en bon état.
• Compléter les registres de livraison avec précision.

Superior SANY Solutions, a division of Imperial Dade Canada, a leading national distributor, has a job opening in Quebec. The Driver is responsible for delivering products to customers safely, professionally, on time, and accurately. Various shifts are available for this position.

Imperial Dade is the leading distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies, and equipment in the U.S. Serving over 80,000 customers through 100+ branches since 1935, headquartered in New Jersey, the company caters to supermarkets, healthcare facilities, universities, and restaurants.

The schedule for this position is from 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., Monday to Friday, but may vary according to company needs.

Responsibilities

• Driving company-owned and licensed vehicles within Quebec and surrounding areas.
• Loading and unloading stock securely to prevent damage.
• Verifying all orders at delivery and ensuring they meet customer specifications.
• Maintaining equipment and trucks in good condition following maintenance procedures.
• Completing delivery registers and paperwork accurately to account for stock.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French to communicate with head office, vendors, and suppliers.
• Active Class 3 or 5 license with at least two years of truck driving experience.
• Knowledge of Quebec City is an asset.
• Current TDG / WHMIS knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to operate power loading equipment and tailgate.
• Familiarity with ISO policies and procedures is an asset.
• Good interpersonal skills, dependable, reliable, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or related experience.

Working Conditions

• Work in a climate-controlled warehouse and vehicle environment.
• Wear personal protective equipment provided by the company.
• Exposure to hazardous conditions, noise, and vibrations typical of warehouse and vehicle environments.
• Operate stand-up material handling equipment as needed.
• Perform physical activities such as lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs), bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Drive in all weather and road conditions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and possible extended shifts.
