Job Title: Driver Safety and Compliance Coordinator

Location: Strathroy, ON

Pay Rate: $23.00 - 27.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Our client in Strathroy is hiring an experienced Driver Safety Coordinator to join their transportation and logistics company. Responsibilities include fleet and driver management, and compliance with federal and provincial regulations.

Job Duties:

  • Operating Authorities (Renewals)
  • Fuel Card Tracking and Monthly O/O maintenance reports and tracking
  • Licensing IRP and HVUT Compliance, IFTA management
  • Enforce COI requirements for our partners
  • Driver Relations (updates, renewals), E-log support for drivers, and on-call for after-hours matters
  • Inventory Ordering for Safety (PPE) and maintain Master Equipment List
  • Monthly reconciliation for credit card, monitor and pay tolls, and issue PCNS
  • T-Check issues and updates

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in transportation compliance, fleet management, or related field
  • Familiar with IFTA, IRP, HVUT compliance
  • Experienced with a variety of e-logs and tracking systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
