Job summary

Aramark Remote Workplace Services is hiring a Driver/Janitor for a remote lodge near Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Driver is responsible for driving a company vehicle within an established route or territory and delivering goods and products to various locations.

Local candidates in Geraldton, ON have flexible schedules and can return home after each shift. Candidates outside Geraldton may receive company transport from Thunder Bay, plus a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience as a driver preferred.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Loads product onto the truck daily.
• Stocks product to par levels and maintains documentation of product levels via appropriate software.
• Report sales, waste, customer concerns, and/or machine malfunctions daily.
• Report necessary maintenance or repairs needed on vehicle to management.
• Maintain, service, and upkeep cleanliness of vehicle and equipment.
• Perform all duties safely by following driving regulations and safety policies.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Loads product onto the truck daily

• Maintain, services, and upkeeps cleanliness of vehicle and equipment
• Performs all job duties in a safe manner by adhering to all driving regulations, company safety policies and procedures, and
• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards customers, clients, and co-workers
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
