We cover North America with more than 20,000 employees. We are looking for energetic and motivated full-time Drivers to support our growing business.

Job Description

1. Satisfy customer needs for service and ensure completion in accordance with established policies.
2. Responsible for daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
3. Complete assigned daily routes as directed by the Operations Manager.
4. The route involves driving to customer sites, setting and emptying bins into the front-end vehicle, returning bins to original locations, and transferring waste to appropriate stations, landfills, or drop-off points.
5. Perform driver check-ins at the end of the day to ensure complete and accurate paperwork.
6. Complete routes in a timely and safe manner.
7. Follow all protocols when dumping loads at municipal recycling or waste facilities.
8. May need to climb the truck ladder to inspect loads.
9. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma; post-secondary courses or diploma are assets.
• 1-2 years of driving experience in the waste industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of industry practices is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of driving experience with a DZ license.
• Experience operating Roll Off and Front End vehicles.
