Qualifications

  • Must have valid insurance acceptable Class 3 CDL and current drivers abstract.
  • Must have valid insurable acceptable AZ/DZ license with a clean driving abstract.
  • Previous Truck Driver and Operator experience preferred.

Job Description

Role: Truck Driver and Operator

Job Summary: Responsible for the safe loading, transport, and delivery of products, while performing pre-operational crane inspections and maintenance. Ensures work areas remain clean and organized, and consistently upholds all health and safety regulations. Supports additional operational tasks as needed.

Compensation: $30-$35/hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely load, move and deliver product
  • Perform pre-operational inspections, maintenance checklists, clean and lubricate the crane
  • Maintain clean and organized work environments in the store, yard, and trucks
  • Strictly adhere to and comply with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Must have valid insurance acceptable Class 3 CDL and ability to provide current drivers abstract (West)
  • Must have valid insurable acceptable AZ/DZ license and clean driving abstract (East)
  • Load securement training (can be provided)
  • Fall Protection/Working at Heights Training - an asset (can be provided)
  • First Aid Certificate - an asset (can be provided)
  • Previous Forklift/Moffett training - an asset (can be provided)
  • Previous Truck Driver and Operator experience - Preferred
  • Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly
  • Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
