We are currently hiring casual Driver Companions at $18/hour plus $0.70/km in the York region, including Durham (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa), Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Keswick, Georgina, Markham, Thornhill, Aurora, and East Gwillimbury.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive clients to various locations as required.
• Provide socialization, conversation, and emotional reassurance.
• Assist with groceries and parcels, and help clients in and out of the vehicle.
• Observe and communicate any concerns or changes in the client’s physical, emotional, or environmental conditions to Spectrum management.

Qualifications

• Valid G license with access to a vehicle.
• Clear driver’s abstract.
• Class 07 Rider required as a condition of employment.
• Updated TB Test.
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Report.
• Compassionate with a passion for helping others.
