Job summary

Safex Transport is seeking Class 1 truck drivers to travel in teams to the west coast of the United States. Trucks are brand new and assigned; couples are welcome.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, ensuring vehicle maintenance, and delivering merchandise while reporting irregularities to head office. Fluency in French or English and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driver’s license (heavy vehicles) required.
• Experience with travelling long distances.
• Excellent driving record and safe driving habits.
• Ability to communicate in French or English.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise.
• Deliver merchandise and inform head office of irregularities.
• Ensure vehicle is maintained during trips.
• Travel as a team to the west coast of the United States.

Truckers with Safex Transport drive brand new trucks. All our trucks are assigned. Couples are welcome.

• Load and unload various kinds of merchandise
• Make sure the vehicle is well maintained during trips
• Deliver the merchandise and inform the head office of any irregularity
• Class 1 driver’s license (heavy vehicles)
• Experience with travelling long distances
• Excellent driving record
• Safe driving habits and respect for the rules of the road
• Able to communication in French or English
