Uni-Select Inc. is seeking a Driver for our Victoria, BC location. You will be responsible for delivering parts, handling orders, and maintaining strong customer relations while ensuring accurate paperwork and safe vehicle operation.

No experience required, but a valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential. You will join a team that values reliability, customer service, and efficiency in daily delivery tasks.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verify invoices for accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise on delivery and obtain customer sign-off.
• Organize daily pickup of cores, returns and warranties without delaying deliveries.
• Record deliveries and pickups accurately with proper paperwork.
• Comply with electronic delivery standards and policies.
• Report customer complaints to Dispatcher or Store Manager.
• Check vehicle fluid levels and tire condition; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow road rules at all times and communicate progress to Dispatcher/Store Manager.
• Assist with customer service activities within store and keep shelves stocked.

Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verify invoices to ensure that order is exact, possibly assist with picking parts for orders
• Examine the condition of the merchandise at delivery or prior to accepting delivery, examine the condition of the merchandise with the customer, and have customer sign-off on delivery
• Organize daily pick-up of customer cores, returns and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency
• Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensure proper paperwork accompanies all customer cores, returns, and warranties while complying with customer service delivery strategies
• Comply with electronic delivery principals and standards
• Ensure any complaints or dissatisfaction of a customer is immediately reported to the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager
• Check daily fluid levels of the vehicle, the tire condition and ensures cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle
• Comply with all rules and regulations of the road at all times
• Check in with Dispatcher and/or Store Manager on Delivery progress/delays
• Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory
• Be prepared to assist with customer service activities within store location, assist with keeping store in a neat and orderly manner including stocking of shelves
