Overview

Under the supervision of the Transportation Supervisor the driver will be assigned a vehicle in the Carefor fleet to transport clients safely and efficiently to non-urgent medical appointments, Day Programs etc. Drivers will ensure clients are picked up and dropped off to attend their appointments as scheduled and assists clients as necessary.   • Transport clients safely and efficiently to non-urgent medical appointments, Day Programs, etc., using a Carefor fleet vehicle.
  • Ensure clients are picked up and dropped off as scheduled and assist clients as necessary.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with clients, customers, coworkers, physicians, public, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
