Job summary

Bumper to Bumper in Calgary, AB is looking for a driver to join a dynamic team. You will prepare and deliver orders, verify invoices, and ensure accurate paperwork while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verify invoices to ensure that order is exact.
• Examine the condition of the merchandise at delivery or prior to accepting delivery, obtain customer sign-off.
• Organize daily pick-up of customer cores, returns and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency.
• Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensure proper paperwork accompanies all customer cores, returns, and warranties while complying with customer service delivery strategies.
• Comply with electronic delivery principals and standards.
• Check daily fluid levels of the vehicle, the tire condition and ensure cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle.
• Follow all road rules and regulations at all times.
• Check in with Dispatcher and/or Store Manager on delivery progress/delays.
• Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory.
• Assist with customer service activities within store location, keep store neat and stocked.
