Job summary

Cam Clark Automotive Group is seeking a Part-Time Driver for Cam Clark Ford in Airdrie, AB. The role involves delivering or picking up dealer transfers or customer vehicles and providing friendly, safe service.

You will report to the Sales Administrator and help ensure smooth operations across our busy service department. Responsibilities include driving company vehicles, communicating with dispatchers, performing basic vehicle checks, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• A Valid Driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Previous related work experience is an asset.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Canadian driving rules and regulations.
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work both in a team environment and on your own.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to various destinations.
• Notify dispatchers or company mechanics of vehicle problems.
• Test vehicle before and after shift to ensure that lights, brakes, windshield wipers, and tire pressure are in proper working condition.
• Communicate with company dispatchers such as, cell phone or computer in order to receive information, updates and further instructions.
• May need to pick up or meet customers according to requests, appointments, or schedules.
• Operate all company equipment needed to communicate with company.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
• Complete accident reports when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly manner at all times.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Any other duties as assigned.
