Job summary

Collabera in Ontario, Canada seeks a Design Systems / Applications Engineer Lead to serve as the interface between the Chief Engineering team and the Product Release Center. You will manage system interactions and interfaces between driveline and EDM gearbox subsystems, and report to the Chief Engineer for multiple programs. Location: ARDC.

The base salary range is $35–$41 per hour, depending on experience. Collabera offers a total rewards package in line with laws and location.

Responsibilities

• EDM Gearbox hardware system integration and balancing.
• Interface with Design Release Engineers and COEs.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Development Validation Center.
• Schedule hardware design reviews across PRC.
• Lead CAE/Virtual Analysis reviews and ensure DVP readiness.
• Oversee DFMEA/DRBFM reviews for design controls and DVP actions.
• Support CE/ACE in cost roll-ups for new programs.
• Review change notices and ensure checklists and EBPs are updated.
• Drive Technical Cost Reductions and Value Optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain lessons learned documentation for the program.
