Job summary

Scarborough Toyota is seeking a Drive Through Attendant in Scarborough, Ontario to join our customer-focused team. You will ensure the drive-through is clean, assist with customer vehicle washes, and help with detailing as needed, while keeping the lot tidy and organized for a smooth operation.

The role requires a proactive, energetic team player with strong customer service skills and 1–2 years of relevant experience; a valid G class license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each vehicle is checked for cleanliness and drive-through is organized

• Assist with vehicle pickups and drop-offs; support team to improve efficiencies

Job description

(Location) is currently seeking a Drive Through Attendantto join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for ensuring each vehicle is checked correctly and accurately for alignment, cleaning the service drive through and is kept free of excess water/snow and puddles, customer service washes, assisting with detail when needed, organization of scrap tires and cardboard, ensuring the lot is kept clean, assist with pick up and drop off. The role is also responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members and improving efficiencies whenever possible.
