Job Description – Floorhand (Entry-Level)

As a Floorhand, you’ll play a key role in rig operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience. You'll be responsible for a variety of physically demanding tasks on the rig, including:

1. Operating manual tongs and slips to connect/disconnect tubulars
2. Assisting in rig maintenance, cleaning, and organization
3. Supporting the rig crew in daily drilling activities
4. Participating in safety procedures and identifying potential hazards
5. Attending training and development programs to enhance your skills

What We Need From You

1. 2+ years of outdoor heavy labour experience (or oil rig experience preferred)
2. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
3. Able to pass drug and fitness assessments
4. Physically fit – capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
5. Commitment to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures
