Procon Mining and Tunnelling is seeking experienced Long Hole Drillers for a Northern BC project near Terrace. This rotational 21/21 role involves drilling production holes, maintaining safety standards, and working in a remote camp.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in underground mining and 2+ years long hole drilling, with competency in Sandvik Data Solo drills; Aries experience is a plus. Strong reading skills and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years working full-time in an underground mining environment.
• Minimum two (2) years experience long hole drilling.
• Competency with Sandvik Data solo drills; preference for in-the-hole (ITH) Aries drills.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mine engineering drawings and drill prints.

Procon Mining and Tunnelling is seeking experienced Long Hole Drillers for their Northern BC project near Terrace. This is a rotational opportunity with a 21/21 schedule, ideal for candidates with strong underground mining backgrounds. The role involves drilling production holes, maintaining safety standards, and working in a remote camp environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum five (5) years working full-time in an underground mining environment
• Minimum two (2) years experience long hole drilling

• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to work a 3-weeks-on / 3-weeks-off rotational schedule
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to collaborate with diverse crews
• Pre-employment alcohol, drug test, medical, and criminal record check required
