Job summary

Upstream Data Inc. in Lloydminster, AB is seeking a CAD & SolidWorks pro to turn concepts into accurate drawings and build-ready models. You will create detailed technical drawings and BIM models, prepare cost estimates, BOMs and tender documents, and collaborate with project leads and construction teams to ensure designs meet real-world constraints.

This office-based role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with occasional site visits. Local candidates only, with no relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in drafting, engineering, construction, or experience in a related field.
• Solid CAD/BIM skills (SolidWorks a big bonus!).
• Mechanical & structural know-how.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Attention to detail & ability to work independently.
