Base pay range

CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$80,000.00/yr

Senior Recruitment Consultant - International Building Envelope & Facades

• Work with specifications and scope of work.
• Create detailed Fabrication & Shop Drawings utilizing standard techniques and internal processes.
• Modelling parametric curtainwall families in Revit.
• Generating Material Take-offs and Schedules as required.
• Understanding standard building science principles.
• Generating Fabrication drawings, Models, Installation drawings.
• Checking completed work for accuracy of details.
• Maintaining files and records.
• Provide work direction to external suppliers/contractors in a professional manner.
• Working closely with the installation team and shop.
• Prepare RFI's and Shop Instructions.
• Other duties as required.

Drafting Skill Set and Qualifications

• Minimum College Diploma in Architectural Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of design/drafting experience in the curtain wall industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with Inventor will be an asset.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite including: (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to independently oversee projects drawing lifecycles.
• Passion for quality, compliance to standards, and continual improvement.
• Able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to exercise initiative resolving conflicts and in adapting and applying procedures to address unusual problem situations.
• Familiarity with document management concepts and practices.
• Knowledge of working with Bluebeam and Recap will be considered an asset.
