Job summary

Dozer Operators are needed in the Norwich, Worksop and Peterborough areas for ongoing works with a national aggregate supplier. This opportunity is being handled by Mando Solutions and offers long-term work with weekly pay. Experience operating dozers and a valid CPCS/NPORS with CSCS are essential.

Typical shifts run Monday to Friday, with 10–12 hours per day. Candidates must be capable of working safely within a team and completing routine maintenance checks on equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS certification (with CSCS logo) required.
• Full PPE provided and expected on site.
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dozer safely and efficiently.
• Carry out grading, levelling, and earthmoving activities as required.
• Support day-to-day site operations.
• Complete daily machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Adhere to all site health and safety procedures.
